Watch the trees being tapped and the syrup boiled in this popular start-of-spring event. Tour the house and barns and enjoy mini pancakes made on the hearth, smothered with maple syrup.

Enjoy a demonstration of maple syrup making with modern tools, presented by The Historical Society of Glastonbury.
