The James “Dutch” Fogarty Fourth of July Celebration committee is celebrating 39 years of legendary live music, kid’s zone activities, market place offerings, food, family, friends and fireworks-filled fun.  

The annual event will be held on the grounds of the CT State Community College Manchester (Manchester Community College).  Admission and Parking to the event are free although those able to donate to help defray costs will be afforded an opportunity at parking lot entrances.
