B is a determined young girl and aspiring pilot who decides that she must realize her destiny to fly before she turns 10. After building a makeshift airplane in her backyard treehouse and recounting the stories of her hero, Amelia Earhart, a mysterious bird-like creature takes up residence in her imaginary cockpit, making B wonder if it is the reincarnation of Amelia Earhart herself.
