Kids can get ready for Halloween with this event that includes strolling magic, carnival games, a bounce house, airbrush tattoos, a Touch-a-Truck, a trick-or-treat, crafts, a sensory table, and a concession stand. Families can bring used Halloween costumes to donate to the People's Resource Center.
