It's a bird! It's a plane! Or maybe at this annual Lisle festival, it's a hot air balloon shaped like a bird or a plane! The Eyes to the Skies festival includes the launch of 20-30 hot air balloons at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. each day from July 4th to July 6. For $20 per person, visitors can take a ride in a tethered balloon. Families can also enjoy a carnival with games and rides from July 3 to July 7. Live music, festival food, and a kids' entertainment area with face painting, balloon animals, bubble soccer, magic shows, an ice cream eating contest, a mime, and more will be on tap for July 4-6.
