HGTV sets up an interactive Elf Academy at Santa HQ at the Chicago Fashion Outlets. Kids can try on elf fashions, create an Elf ID Card and scan themselves on the Naughty-or-Nice-O-Meter. Families can purchase a Fast Pass for a guaranteed reservation with Santa.
