Jingle bells are ringing at Spring Road and the Prairie Path as the Spring Road Business Association presents visits from Santa, ice sculptors and sleigh rides. If there is no snow, wagon rides will be substituted for sleigh rides. Hot chocolate and cookies will be on hand.
