Families can celebrate environmental consciousness at the 10th annual Earth Fest in Oak Park. Festival-goers can recycle many different items including eyeglasses, hearing aids, bicycles, and crayons. The Village of Oak Park will offer tours of its public works facility so that visitors can check out the village green roof and its beehives and explore recycling trucks. Other activities include a petting zoo, bounce houses, green vendors, food trucks, and live entertainment including music and dancing.
