Little lumberjacks can learn to tap a tree and simmer maple sugar until it turns into syrup at this annual event at Creek Bend Nature Center. The Maple Cafe will feature many items for maple lovers to drip their syrup on, including ice cream, hot chocolate and coffee. Then, take a hike and learn to distinguish between maples and other trees.
