Families can explore artwork from local artists or make some of their own at this Elk Grove Village Park District event. The festival features a children's open air art studio, demonstrations and hands-on projects, juried art booths, music from Rosie at the Rivets and Sushi Roll, and refreshments from food trucks Toasty Cheese and the Crave Bar. The event will be moved into the pavilion if it rains
