Immigrant Solidarity DuPage and Wheaton Arts Council host a celebration honoring the dead and Mexican culture in downtown Wheaton. The event will include a parade featuring catrinas and carrinas, as well as Frida Kahlo impersonators, music and dancing featuring Mexican ensembles, a Mexican bazaar with food and drinks, and colorful altars-ofrendas.
