Everyone is invited to explore Busse Woods through a variety of  activities. Activities include hiking, fishing derby, kids tree climbing, casting lessons, nature play, food from local venues, and a visits from Brookfield Zoo and Shedd Aqaurium.

Illinois Department of Natural Resources is offering free fishing on all public water from June 14-17. What that means is a fishing license is not required to participate in the 6/15/19 fishing derby.
