Practice trick or treating out of the trunks of fun decorated cars at this event at the Bolingbrook Promenade. For $20, families can decorate their cars and participate in the contest for Most Bootiful, Most Ghostly Spirit, and Most Spooktacular. Ferrara Candy Company is sponsoring the event.
