Thalia Hall hosts Baby Soul Costume Jam, where the whole family can don their Halloween costumes and dance to tunes presented by Mama Fresh. Grownups can also enjoy refreshments at the bar. 

All children must be accompanied by an adult. For safety's sake, no more than 3 kids per grown-up, please.
