Begin the New Year with a brisk hike through the Crane Wildlife Refuge followed by a small beach fire at sunset with hot cider.

Please note: Hiking is  up and down dunes, through soft sand (which makes for a surprisingly more strenuous hike), for approximately 2½ -3 miles. Dress for the weather and bring along water to maximize comfort. Children 14 and under qualify for the children's rate.

Weather cancellation policy: All trips will take place rain or shine with the following exceptions: If there is a high confidence that heavy steady rain and/or of thunder and lightning will be present, we will make the decision to cancel the program no later than 3pm the day before. If the program is canceled all registrants will be notified by email and phone with as much notice as possible.
