Get your steps in while exploring the Irish community's impact on Boston's history.

The Boston Irish Tourism Association assembled this self-guided walking tour of sites from the waterfront, through downtown and Beacon Hill to the Back Bay. The Irish Heritage Trail starts at the Rose Kennedy Rose Garden in Christopher Columbus Park. Stops along the way include the Irish Famine Memorial, statues of prominent Irish-Americans from Boston's history, and the greenest place this side of the Emerald Isle: Fenway Park.
