Location:
Metropolitan Waterworks Museum

Waterworks Museum staff reads “Bartholomew and the Oobleck,” by Dr. Seuss, then kids will examine some tricks that look like magic, but actually work thanks to science. Finally, children can make their own Oobleck (or slime).

Come in costume if you like!

This program is recommended for kids ages 3-10. Our spooky, slimy, activities will last about 30-40 minutes and for the remaining 20-30 minutes, families are welcome to explore the museum.

Each participating family will have their own work station spaced at least 6 feet in distance from other families. Hand sanitizer will be available for everyone and all visitors over 2 years of age are required to wear a face mask while inside the museum.

Please note that you only need to purchase one ticket for each participating child. Each participating child can be accompanied by up to 2 adults for no additional charge.
