The Science of Snow

Boston Nature Center and Wildlife Sanctuary
Learn why all snowflakes are unique and discover how the properties of snow help animals survive in the winter before putting on chef hats and using science to mix up some natural ice cream.
This program will be held entirely outdoors, so bring rain and cold weather gear as needed. In the case of inclement, every effort will be made to reschedule the event.
PLEASE NOTE: This program will be conducted in accordance with current Municipal, State, and Mass Audubon Covid-19 protocols. Groups are limited to 15 pre-registered participants. Participants are required to wear a face covering indoors and follow social distancing guidelines.
