Through movement, storytelling, and guided poses, children explore a whimsical forest theme while building strength, balance, and relaxation.

Children are invited to let their imaginations run wild in this playful yoga adventure. During the session, participants will move like curious foxes, stretch like owls perched in the treetops, and practice deep, calming breaths like resting bears. 

This beginner-friendly class takes place indoors and welcomes all skill levels. Yoga mats will be provided for anyone who needs one. Please note: this class is for children only. Adults may purchase a separate general admission ticket and are welcome to observe or explore the gardens during class.
