Boston Bhangra Competition 2024

The largest Bhangra competition in the USA is back for its 21st year, promising to be the biggest and best yet. Bhangra, a high-energy folk dance from India, has been compared to a fusion of hip-hop and cheerleading with a folk twist, making it an exciting and vibrant performance to watch.
Top Bhangra teams from the USA and Canada will compete for the championship title at the Strand Theatre in Boston on Saturday, November 23, 2024. In addition to the thrilling competition, legendary Bhangra singer Balvir Boparai will perform live.
Shanti restaurant will provide delicious Indian food throughout the night, along with drinks. After the event, the biggest Bhangra party in the northeast will take place, featuring Vibez Entertainment’s RJ Randeep, SamarSounds, and energetic Dhol players.
