7th Annual Cohasset Earth Day Clean-Up

The 7th Annual ‘Cohasset Earth Day Clean-Up’ is Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Please join the Cohasset community in celebrating Earth Day 2025 and participating in this annual beautification project.
Sponsored by the Open Space & Recreation Committee last year, Cohasset residents rallied and removed 1,460 pounds of non-biodegradable, single-use trash and debris that crowd our parks, shorelines, and neighborhoods.
To join this year’s efforts and receive a cleaning assignment, please stop by the Cohasset Recreation Department between 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 3 at 100 Sohier Street. The Open Space & Recreation Committee will assign workers an area in town to clean. Trash bags and ‘pickers’ will be provided, but please bring your gloves. All trash collected will be deposited in an onsite dumpster.
