Ever seen the castle on the river and wanted to visit? Here's your chance! The Bannerman Castle Trust offers tours and events on mysterious and historic Bannerman Island, on the Hudson River. Tours include a scenic cruise to and from the island and a guided walking tour of Bannerman Island, where you'll learn about its storied past.

The first walking tours of the year will take place starting in May. The boat for these tours, the Estuary Steward, departs from the waterfront in Beacon, New York (across from the Metro North train station). Please be sure to reserve tickets ahead of time, as tickets often sell out. Tours depart promptly at 11:00am, 12:30pm, 2:00pm and 3:30pm on Saturday and Sunday. The whole experience is approximately 2.5 hours. Food and drinks are not included, but you can purchase snacks and souvenirs on Bannerman Island.
