This support group is for mothers who have recently given birth, had multiples or adopted. Mothers with any age children are welcome. This group addresses the needs of mothers and the physical and emotional adjustments of parenthood.

Topics might include: Birth experience, sleeping, self-esteem., or just a group of moms who want to get out and meet other mom friends in town.

Moms bring baby and/or children. Facilitated by a mother who is a town resident herself.
