Arlington piles on the festivities for this daytime holiday kickoff. A shopping village takes place from noon to 4pm, where attractions include marshmallow roasting, a petting zoo, a visit with Mrs. Claus, music, and children's activities. A parade of floats and decorated vehicles follows at 5pm.
