Get dressed up in your most spooktacular costume and march your way through a Halloween Trunk-or-Treat Parade! The event starts at White Plains Library Plaza and ends at Renaissance Plaza, where children can trunk-or-treat.

Arrive at Library Plaza at 2:30pm dressed in costume. The parade begins at 3pm. This is a free event with no registration and will take place rain or shine.
