Enjoy a screening of The Boxtrolls followed by a free family activity featuring stop motion animation upstairs in the Jane Peck Gallery.

Set in an old English town called Cheesebridge, a clan of quirky, mischievous creatures called the boxtrolls live below the streets where they have lovingly raised an orphaned human boy named Eggs. When the town’s boxtroll-catcher, Archibald Snatcher (Academy Award winner Ben Kingsley), captures Eggs’ boxtroll guardian, he decides to venture above ground where he meets and teams up with a high spirited girl named Winnifred. Together, they devise a daring plan to save Eggs’ family.

Activity is 2pm-4pm.
