The Taconic Outdoor Education Center located in Fahnestock State Park hosts its 27th annual pancake breakfast. Enjoy fresh maple syrup on fresh pancakes in a woodsy setting. See live demonstrations of sugaring the sap into syrup in both traditional and modern methods. Children and adults will be fascinated by the free nature lectures being offered by experienced staff on site.

TOEC’s syrup will be on sale on-site!

Available time slots are: 8:30-10:00am, 10-11:30am, and 11:30am-1:00pm. Each consists of an hour and a half. Attendants must arrive as close to their check-in time as possible. A full breakfast will be served upon arrival.
