Students learn Japanese fishermen’s technique of recording the size of their catches using ink and paper at Hudson Park Children's Greenhouse. Originating in 19th-century Japan, gyotaku (meaning "print fish") developed from the need to record the size of a trophy catch and evolved into a beautiful art form.
