Enjoy countless activities at the District Wharf while helping neighbors who are less fortunate.

The Washington Area Fuel Fund (WAFF) hosts a special event to raise awareness on the impact living without heat during the coldest time of year. Step inside an ice house made of 98 large ice blocks, and take part in challenges, contests and other activities that raise awareness about helping others to keep a home warm. The event is free but donations are excepted and other fund raising opportunities are available.  See event website for full details including information on appearances by special guests from the DC Capitals and Washington Wizards sports teams.
