Unicorn Kids Club is a gathering of kids (and their adults) to celebrate who they are, find other kids like them, and have some fun at the Anacostia Community Museum!

Each month has a theme focusing on a different way to be different. Kids celebrate their differences through stories, activities, and making cool stuff.

The themes for each month are:

  • June 18: Transgender/Gender-creative Kids Day
  • July 16: Introverted Kids Day    
  • August 20: Kids with Dyslexia Day
  • September 17: Deaf and Hard of Hearing Kids Day
  • October 15: Celebrating Different Home Countries and Heritages  
  • November 19: Celebrate All Difference Day
