Now in its 32nd year, the Tephra ICA Arts Festival (formerly the Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival) highlights more than 200 artists who create unique, handmade works in fine art and craft. The festival comprises one-on-one experiences, performances, and special events leaving an exciting, thoughtful mark on the region.

Festival hours are Saturday, May 20, 10am-6pm and Sunday, May 21 10am-5pm.
