October 1 is the first National Green City Day. Enjoy fun, hands-on green building and art activities and celebrate how DC has become a leader in sustainability. Participants may also sign up to take a tour of American University's main sustainable features.  

National Green City Day celebrates all the ways that cities are addressing climate change to ensure a sustainable future.
