In honor of the remarkable legacy of Alethia Tanner Park's namesake, NoMa is hosting its first Alethia Tanner Day. There will be a pop-up market featuring Black female vendors in DC, live music, double Dutch demonstrations and lessons, and a seed-planting activity for kids.
