World Water Day takes place every March 22 to raise awareness of the global water crisis and the needs for sustainable water resources. The San Francisco Zoo is hosting a free day to celebrate and bring education to families of all ages. 

Visit the Magellanic penguins, including "Waddles", the official World Water Day ambassador, and make a pledge to do your part in saving water. 

Admission is free, however, parking is $11 in the main guest lot.
