Get in the holiday spirit at the most magical Winter Festival in Contra Costa. Activities include live youth holiday performances, a Winter Express train, photo opportunities with strolling characters, festive-themed rooms with hands-on activities, an Art Exhibit Experience, and, of course, a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. 

This is a free event and is open to the public. Registration is not required.
