Put on your favorite costume and join the fun at the 17th annual Halloween celebration at Howarth Park. Put on your favorite costume and enjoy activities like trick-or-treating, train rides, and a carousel.

Local businesses pass out treats, and kids can hang out in the Fun Zone and get their faces painted, take some photos, and do arts and crafts. 

$5 includes trick-or-treating and access to the Fun Zone. While train rides and carousel tickets are not included, they can be purchased for $2 at the event. 

$10 admission includes a train and carousel ride with two adult riders to accompany.
