Participants can enjoy the diverse scenery at Newlin Grist Mill by running a 5K trail run or walking a one mile course through the 160 acre park. Whether running or walking, guests support the historical and environmental preservation by participating.

Proceeds go toward the restoration of our historic water system which powers the mill.

The 2020 schedule is as follows:

8 AM: Registration
9 AM: 5K Trail Run
9:15 AM: One Mile Walk
9:45 AM: Kids Fun Dash
10 AM: Awards
