Did you know that most of the world’s data is stored in something called a database? This includes school grades, Yelp’s listings, and music downloads. Learn about large databases in this free workshop at Temple University.

In this workshop, students see what a large database looks like, how it is structured, and how databases answer questions. The lesson is hands-on and focuses on standard SQL statements that can be used with any database software.
