The Betsy Ross House recognizes Juneteenth as it concludes its FlagFest festivities. The U.S. Colored Troops participate in a flag raising ceremony followed by stories from the Rev. Richard Allen.

Allen devoted his life to assuring freedom, justice, and equality were enjoyed by all Americans.⠀
