The Mid-Florida Milers Walking Club promotes recreational walking for fun, fitness and friendship. The club is hosting a walk through Downtown Orlando that will take you through historic downtown Orlando passing the Lake Eola art sculptures, City Hall, Performing Arts Centre and the County Courthouse.

Walks are open to the public, for all fitness levels and all ages.

Participants should register and start to walk any time between 8:30-9:15 am

• Choose from: 10K (6.2 miles) or 6K (3.7miles) route, walking at your own pace. Printed directions with map are provided. PLEASE CARRY WATER.
• Fee: $4 for all walkers. Free for walkers 12 or younger who do not want walk credit.
