Dance Parade returns to the streets, celebrating its 18th annual procession and festival with 10,000 dancers and more than 100 unique styles of dance.
The parade starts at Sixth Avenue and 17th Street and leaps along until it veers east on 8th Street, ending with a festival in Tompkins Square Park, where choreographed performances, dance lessons, aerial and social dance—on five stages—all await, free to the public.
