Tales, Tails, and Travel at the Brooklyn Book Fest
Bring the kids for a joyful afternoon of stories, crafts, and creativity with Brooklyn children’s book authors, Malcolm Dill and Mommy Poppins founder Anna Fader!
11am – 1pm
Kick off the day with the launch of Malcolm Dill’s newest book, Marvin’s First Pet, featuring read-alouds, signings, puppy photo portraits by Aunt Hilda, and handmade crocheted pet fashion from Chila for Fun—a perfect mix of stories, creativity, and furry fun.
2pm – 4pm
Then, celebrate the release of the Mommy Poppins Young Traveler's Journal & Activity Book. Meet site founder and author, Anna Fader, and participate in a hands-on craft where kids can decorate a travel pouch, the perfect companion for bringing pencils, markers and crayons to fill out their travel journal and keep busy on their adventures.
