In the spirit of Monet and Venice, an exhibition featuring Claude Monet’s luminous paintings of the floating city, teens learn to achieve a floating mind—a state of deep relaxation. Explore ways to take care of the self, manage stress, and set intentions and practices for minds and bodies. The night also features art-making, performances, and much more!
