Houston Art Bike Parade & Festival
Join Houston Parks Board and the Orange Show Center for Visionary Art for the fourth annual Houston Art Bike Parade & Festival on Saturday, April 26, at Fonde Park. This event celebrates the artist in everyone – fostering creativity and connecting Houstonians together in a beautiful local greenspace.
The parade lineup begins at 9 a.m. with a vibrant display of art bikes created by community members, local arts clubs, and students from local elementary and middle schools including Lantrip, Browning, and Paige. Following the parade, event partners will announce and distribute awards for bicycle decoration creativity during the Houston Art Bike Awards Ceremony. Throughout the event, attendees will also enjoy food and community & art activations including face painting and outdoor games.
The Art Bike Parade & Festival is presented in partnership with Houston Parks and Recreation Department, the Mayor’s Office of Special Events, and Houston Independent School District.
