Bison Bead Project at the Museum of Arts and Design
Thu Aug 22, 2024
6:00pm to 8:00pm ET
Age: 5 and up
Price: FREE
As part of Cannupa Hanska Luger’s sculpture Attrition, currently on view at City Hall Park, participants create clay beads, each one a tangible symbol of the survival and regeneration of bison across North America.
With the goal of crafting 20,000 beads, representing every Plains bison managed as wildlife across the continent, the project stands as a testament to the power of collective action.
Advance registration is required.
