Liberty Fest 2025
Liberty Fest 2025, hosted by the Southwest Management District with support from community sponsors, invites Houstonians to a free, family-friendly celebration of Independence Day. This all-day event will feature food, live music, cultural performances, and a 16-minute fireworks finale.
Main Stage Entertainment
This year’s main stage will feature family-friendly performances, including a Tribute to Shakira and headliner Paul Wall, whose set will lead into the evening’s fireworks show.
Giveaway: Meet Paul Wall
Attendees will have the chance to win a meet-and-greet and photo opportunity with Paul Wall. To enter, participants must follow Liberty Fest on social media, attend the event, and post a photo from Liberty Fest using the hashtag #LibertyFest2025.

What sets Liberty Fest apart is its celebration of the rich cultural diversity of Southwest Houston. Neighborhoods such as Sharpstown, Chinatown, the Mahatma Gandhi District (Little India), Harwin, Westwood, and University are represented in this vibrant, multicultural event.
Liberty Fest highlights the traditions, cuisines, and performances of Houston’s many communities, bringing together residents and visitors for a day that honors freedom, unity, and shared heritage.
