To add some extra razzle to your Halloween dazzle, Mommy Poppins and CityPoint Brooklyn are teaming up for an awesome Halloween Photo Contest. Share your kids' best Halloween costume pics on Instagram and you could win a $1,000 shopping spree or one of two second prizes from CityPoint.
