Pretend City in Irvine hosts a special event that provides a sensory-inclusive environment for neurodiverse children and their families.
The event on October 24 celebrates Halloween, with trick-or-treating at several stations in the City starting at 6:15pm.
Children on the Autism Spectrum as well as those with learning disabilities and/or differences are encouraged to attend. Pretend City closes to the general public for this event, to create an autism-friendly environment.
With the help of Community Play Partners, and Pretend City’s experienced and educated team, guests can discover different activities while exploring the museum and learning to interact with peers.
RSVP: Register online. Maximum of 250 guests; only those families who have a reservation and a confirmation number will be admitted.
This event is free to behavioral therapists and neurodiverse children or with other disabilities and their immediate families.
