New Jersey State Museum
Visit the New Jersey State Museum during spring break and enjoy free activities like storytime and crafts.
- 12pm daily - Storytime and a craft in Discovery Den. Hear the story Swirl by Swirl: Spirals in Nature by Joyce Sidman, a colorful and artistic picture book teaches all about the spiral, and its many appearances in nature. After the story, make a snail craft. For younger children.
- 1-3pm daily - Drop-in art making in the Imagination Studio. Create your own paper mosaic, Find inspiration, and make your own to take home. Ages 5 to adults.
The Planetarium also offers weekday programs at 10:30 am, 11:30 am, and 1:30 pm. Admission to the Planetarium is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 12 and under.
