This month's Small Explorers program focuses on the story “When Max Found Two Sticks” by Brian Pinkney. See the drums of the Lenape and dance to the beat. Make your own instruments, and try out your music and dance skills.

Your feet will be tapping, your hands clapping and your heart beating with our drumming adventure.

Small Explorers is a free program for children age 5 and under and their families. Every month, explore a new theme through storytelling, museum objects, crafts, games, and playtime.

Programs takes place in-person in the museum. Choose either the 9:45 or 11:00 am session. Space is limited, registration online is required.
